The Warm-up


This half-day online retreat shows you how to effortlessly bring self-care and self-love into your life.


The retreat includes meditations, facial massage therapy, (a unique way of doing a home massage), chair yoga, and other therapies that you can do in the comfort of your own home so that you can take time out during the day/evening/week to recharge your batteries. Sessions are 3.5 hours in duration with a minimum of 6 women. You can choose from either a morning session or an afternoon session.
